Moscow Region Buzlanovo – a place exceptionally picturesque. Only 10 kilometers from the Ring Road along the Novorizhskoye, Ilinskiy or Rublevo-Uspenskoe highways – and around are real country beauties: the Lipka River, wide ponds with docks and a fishing club, light mixed forests. Moscow, as we love it – quiet, serene, although only a few minutes drive the entire infrastructure of the Rublyovka is available.
Here, among the pines and birches on two spacious sites, the architectural bureau “Akant” (or the “Bureau on the Yauza,” as they often call themselves), led by Fedor Arzamanov, Anton Atlas and Oleg Zarechensky built two modern houses that are on display Now on sale : different in architectural and planning decisions and square, but similar in style, decoration and original concept.
The main feature of the projects is the maximum desire to merge with nature, to let it into the house. Hence the abundance of panoramic windows, huge terraces, finishing with natural materials: dark wood and light natural stone – dolomite. “The peculiarity of dolomite is that it is a diverse breed, complex in color. We used this, alternating more dark and lighter fragments, creating a striped facade, “says Anton Atlas.
Inside – traditional for the office “Akant” free lay-out, allowing them to play in a variety of scenarios, spacious double-light spaces, alternating more compact and cozy, and streams of light pouring through beautiful panoramic windows. In the decoration again a lot of wood, but not dark-stained, as on the facade, and a light, slightly tinted, like a warm reddish dolomite slabs passed to the interior.
The first floor has large areas of glazing, light supports of the frame are shining outside the windows. The second floor is a heavier, three-dimensional “stone cube”. “We were inspired by Le Corbusier and used his favorite method when the large geometric volume of the second floor seems to” float “over the transparent first,” Anton describes the concept.
The first floor with glazed verandas, open to the nature, accommodates common spaces of kitchen-living-dining room, study, also guest rooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There are also toilets (one for each bedroom) and spacious dressing rooms.
The main “highlight” of the house is also spacious terraces on the second floor. Where besides traditional corners with light summer furniture and plants in tubs, there are SPA zones with luxurious Jacuzzis. Here you can rest outdoors all year round, admiring the beauty of the surrounding Nature.
